Luna Dance Fusion sparkles and entices with celestial dancing delights. We mesmerize and intoxicate, titillating the senses with our sass and stellar performances. Luna's shared talents combine more than twenty years of dance experience in belly dance including traditional Middle Eastern, Tribal Style and Fusion stylings. Taking those intoxicating dance flavours, we mix and mingle to create our own spicy mix, adding a dollop of world dance here, hip hop flava there with a sparkle of Fosse and vaudevillian moonshine to create something always new, energetic and always bound to please. We are dynamic and diverse, just as the many moods of the moon, and always honoured to share the joy that is the dance. Since forming four years ago, Luna has emerged as an innovative dance combination always striving to push our dance further creatively. Luna presents GlitterBall!!
On October 14th, an incredible evening took place filled with a glittering cornucopia of dance and beats. To say that our inaugural Vaudevillian flavoured visual feast of delights was a success feels like a vast understatement and we couldn't have done it without YOU!!
Many thanks to The Bedouin Dance Company (Calgary), Raq-a-Belly, Vibe Tribe Gypsy Circus, Luna Dance Fusion, Flowlab, Polly Rocket of Capital City Burlesque, Eclipse and Luna's own Moon Unit, Dj Emilio and Urban Monks as well as our small and mighty team of volunteers! We were able to raise enough to offset most of the costs of our flights to California so thank you deeply and stay tuned for details our next event, because we all know, once is never enough.
